These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.dainee.com (the “Site”) and any services, content, and communications we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Pre-launch status

Dainee is currently in pre-launch. The Site may allow you to join an early access list and view informational content. Products may not be available for purchase yet. Any future purchases will be subject to additional terms presented at checkout (when available).

3) No medical advice

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You should not use the Services as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If and when Dainee offers dietary supplements in the U.S., the following disclaimer applies:
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase any Products when they become available.

5) Email sign-ups & communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Dainee related to early access, launch updates, and other communications you opt into. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:

  • attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or our systems;

  • interfere with the Site’s operation or security;

  • scrape, crawl, or copy content using automated means;

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes.

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, product names, and designs) is owned by Dainee or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of FL/US, without regard to conflict of law principles.
