Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with Dainee.
Because our products are dietary supplements, for safety and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of opened products, and we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items.
1) Returns
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if:

the product is sealed, unopened, and unused, and
-
the return is approved by our support team in advance.
To request a return, email dainee.comp@gmail.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs:

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective on arrival), we’ll cover return shipping (or provide an alternative resolution).

Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
2) Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

opened products
-
products without original packaging or missing seals
-
items marked “final sale” (if applicable)

gift cards (if applicable)
3) Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dainee.comp@gmail.com with:

your order number
-
a photo of the item(s) and packaging
We will offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the situation.
4) Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when required by law or when the issue is due to our error.
5) Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
6) Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and may result in your account being restricted.
