Thank you for shopping with Dainee. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works once products are available for purchase.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship to: United States only.
If your address is outside our supported regions, checkout may not be available.
2) Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high demand periods, processing may take longer.
3) Shipping times (estimates)
Shipping times begin after your order ships (not when it’s placed). Estimated delivery windows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.
4) Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.
5) Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
6) Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
7) Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier updates.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at dainee.comp@dainee.com with your order number and we’ll help you resolve it.
8) Returns to sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund according to our return policy (if applicable).
9) International shipping (if applicable)
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in product price or shipping and are the customer’s responsibility.
